RoWorld Territory & Build Calculator

Build timings, attack ratios and the 80% win condition, worked out for your match.

Last updated:

This calculator turns the four numbers that decide a RoWorld match into answers you can act on. Nothing leaves your browser, and there is nothing to install.

Use the tabs below depending on what you are deciding. The tools hub explains the thinking behind each mode.

Figures are estimates based on observed RoWorld values and exclude terrain and troop regeneration effects.

Build timer: when can I afford this?

Enter your gold-per-second rate — the green figure next to your balance — and pick a structure. The result is how long you need to save, and what share of one second of income the purchase represents.

The reason this matters is that your rate moves so much during a match. A City that costs 125,000 gold is about 125 seconds away at 1,000 per second and roughly six seconds away at 20,900 per second. Buying at the right moment is worth far more than buying a better building.

Attack planner: can I win this fight?

Enter your Cities, set your attack ratio, and enter the defender’s standing troops. The tool shows how many troops each click actually commits, what the defender’s effective strength is once a Defense Post multiplier is applied, and what ratio you would need for a comfortable win.

A Defense Post multiplies enemy casualties roughly five times and slows their advance roughly three times inside its radius, so the same number of troops means something very different depending on whether one is covering that border.

Win planner: how much more do I need?

Enter your land percentage and an estimate of how much of the map is contaminated with fallout. The planner shows the gap to the 80 percent line and how much clean land that represents on a map with fallout.

This is the calculation people most often get wrong. Fallout land does not count toward your world control percentage at all, which means a heavily nuked map can be mathematically unwinnable even if you hold most of it.

Where the numbers come from

Every price and multiplier in the calculator comes from the live game rather than from a guess: Defense Post at 50,000, City and Factory at 125,000, Port and Warship at 250,000, Missile Silo at 1,000,000, SAM Launcher at 1,500,000, Atomic at 750,000, Hydrogen at 5,000,000 and MIRV at 25,000,000. Each City adds 25,000 to your troop cap, and a Defense Post applies a five-times casualty multiplier inside a thirty-tile radius. The full list with each building’s effect sits on the building tier list, and the nuke prices and blast radii are broken down on the nukes and fallout guide. If a balance patch moves any of these numbers, the patch notes record it and the building tier list is the page to re-check.

How to use the results

The output is a planning aid, not a prediction. It does not model terrain, the skill of the player on the other side, troop regeneration or your connection quality. What it does give you is a consistent way to compare options, which is what most of RoWorld actually comes down to.

For the reasoning behind each number, read the gold, troops and buildings guide, the expansion strategy guide and the nukes and fallout guide. For the current price list, the building tier list has every structure with its cost and effect.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions RoWorld players ask most.

How do I use the territory calculator in RoWorld?

Start with the build timer: enter your gold-per-second rate from the HUD and pick the structure you want next. Switch to the attack planner before committing troops, and use the win planner to see how much clean land you still need.

How accurate is the build timer?

It divides the printed structure price by your live gold rate, which is exact for the purchase itself. What it cannot know is whether your rate will change before you save enough, which is why the rate is worth checking again before you buy.

What does the attack planner consider?

Your Cities at 25,000 troop cap each, your attack ratio, the defender's standing troops, and the five-times casualty multiplier of a Defense Post. It does not model terrain, skill or regeneration.

Why does the win planner ask about fallout?

Because fallout territory is excluded from your world control percentage. On a contaminated map you may need far more total land than 80 percent to cross the threshold, and the planner shows that gap.

Is this calculator free and private?

Yes. It runs entirely in your browser, stores nothing, sends nothing and needs no account. There is no tracking and no data collection.
